The beef is so tender in the Beef Soup/ Caldo De Res but the potatoes and the carrots aren't really. Corn is fine. But it's hard to find a Beef Soup/ Caldo De Res with tender beef. I can sacrifice the veggies for some good tender beef but I'd like not too. Can we cook the potatos more please ?

Chicken Soup/ Caldo De Pollo was so delicious! All the veggies and the seasoning was just right. Not oily or salty. And the side of limes,cilantro, and onion was much appreciated
