I had the Double Chicken Avocado Salad and it was amazing. Everything was fresh and the chicken is always bomb so I strongly recommend!

The salsas were spoiled. Had never seen so much air accumulate on the salsa containers which are prepackaged. The the container was so full even the lid was folded completely out. as soon as I opened it it flipped down. The Chicken Avocado Burrito was also subpar compared to other Pollo Loco locations.

It tastes good, it is healthy. It is one of the things I like most about Pollo Loco, the hermetically sealed bag, to avoid anything. Thank you for that detail of the bag, congratulations.. 👍

food wasn't the right temperature The Double Chicken Avocado Salad was not cold and crispy. Chips & Guacamole Regular was brown so maybe it's not fresh
