Really hit and miss if you get double chicken or not when you order double. Been charred ends past 3 deliveries. Really unfortunate because when they get it right, the macros were great. Won't be ordering from here again due to lack of consistency.

The flavor of the 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal was out of this world. if I was going to say anything negative, it would be that they cooked the meat hot and fast. the meat did not tug away from the bone.

Probably the driest chicken ive ever received from any El Pollo Loco. It was so dry that the wing you couldn't pull apart and were rock hard and the breast made you choke trying to swallow it. Def wont order from this location again

the other day, I gave this restaurant high marks. Today is the exact opposite. the chicken was severely overcooked. I'm really surprised the expediter even let these leave the facility. it's obvious the eye of the customer is not part of their business model.
