I got the Lunch Especial (Pernil) / Special Lunch (Pork) and it was horrible. The food was ice cold, I didn’t get any beans, and the pork was dry and tasteless. I highly recommend Pollo Tropical. Do not order from here

The chicken was old. the chicken was hard and dry seem burnt. the plantains were burned and greasy . I asked for penile ; I got chicken instead
