We had the tacos de maíz Matamoros style and the chicken quesadilla. Both were very good. I love that the tacos had zero fat pieces in the meat. The quesadilla was huge and flavorful. We are from the RGV and these tacos are as good as any we get in the Valley!

Everything was packaged very well. The Torta and the Tacos were a good size/portion, as expected, but that Gordita is actually pretty big (imo). The taste of the meat is pretty good especially the chicken! Only CON is that they dont have any options for adding/substituting/removing the cilantro, cebolla, queso, etc etc or adding more limes to the order.

Meat was tough and had chunks of fat also the size of the tacos are mini tacos. The color of the meat is nothing like the pictures. It had a light off putting color. The tortilla was soaked im guessing because it was wrapped in Saran Wrap. Taste was bland overall.
The salsa was very watery, but good flavor though.
Horchata tasted like an instant mix and had chunky sediments at bottom of the cup.

The chicken used was the exact same kind of seasoned chicken you'd find at Walmart for like half the price. I could make the same kind of food for 1/4 the price and the same taste. Absolutely not worth it. I could make a better quesadilla at home and I think I will from now on.

So big and alot of meat for the price,I haven't had any gorditas like this one in the US other than Mexico.Very authentic Mexican flavor 🤤🤤🤤
