Everything was fantastic. The Colorado was stuffed with well seasoned beef and surrrounded with plenty of rice and beans. the extra container full of salad was a bonus. They sent 2 containers of salsa and a bag of chips.

The beef in the fajitas was full of fat and not very good. The combo platter was ok but the beef was full of fatty chunks which were not edible. The taco and cheesecake chimichanga were really good.

I don't know if someone made the person that cooked this mad or what. EVERYTHING WAS BOMB! The tortillas did not stick to each other AT ALL, which I don't expect them not to. It was impressive! The Jalisco Special itself was bomb, the chicken, the steak, none of it was dry. The cheese was perfectly placed and melted. As for the Horchata it's always super good, I don't look anywhere else when it comes to the drink. In an overall review, you all did an impressive job.
