• DoorDash orderCompared to last year, it was not as good. I'm not sure why the taste has changed, but the bagel was particularly salty, and the salmon itself was too salty. For those who, like me, do not enjoy salty food, it might be better to choose something other than the everything bagel

• DoorDash orderFirst somewhat disappointing experience ever from Ess-a-bagel. All 3 of the bagels were overly chewy and difficult to eat. Maybe I'll get metal teeth for next time. Not exactly what I would expect from one of the best New York Make Your Own Bagel places .

• DoorDash orderBagel was so stale it was hard to even chew. Everything else about the sandwich was great (amount of lox, fresh tomatos and lettuce) which only made the bagel more disappointing.
