I ordered the 3 entree's. The Teriyaki chicken was very salty, and the honey spicy chicken tasted more like ketchup, than honey. I was very dissatisfied. I don't think I'll be trying this place again, it was a terrible waste of $15.

Portion size is average or less compared to other restaurants. The portions size is comparatively much smaller in quantity than you'd received at any other Famous R&G Franchise locations. For example at the Queen Center Mall location, the same franchise would fill the order nearly to the point where it can't be closed but not at this new location. The quality of food for their franchise is the same. As usual, the only thing worth ordering is the Bourbon Chicken as they are famously known for, and the chicken is exceptionally moist. The fried chicken was lacking in flavor and received only a single piece in the order. The Honey ribs was moderately tender, but not flavorful and mostly grease. After finishing the excellent Bourbon Chicken, watered down Mac &Cheese, and sweet plantain, the rest of the food was thrown out.

Chicken needs more sauce/seasoning. A little on the bland and dry side. Portions for protein are also small. Over half was noodles.

It's hard to rate an establishment that advertised Pollo Teriyaki / Chicken Teriyaki and you're expecting japanese cooked food, and you get a Spanish dish but I will give a complimentary rating to the side dishes. I ordered three with different sides. I have to say the side orders were better and tastier than the main course. I won't order again but buyers be specific on how you want the meat cooked. WARNING: Overly salty.
