I tried Fat Bob's for the first time, tonight - 1/4 Smoked Chicken w/Fat Bob's bbq sauce and Cornbread & Sweet Potato Fries on the side - generous portion, perfectly cooked & ridiculously delicious.
Can't recommend enough, will absolutely order again.

Got the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich, Brisket + Ribs Combo, and Hush Puppies and all of it was literally perfect. Best fried chicken sandwich I've had, and none of the meat was dry at all. Compliments to whatever chef worked on 7/13/24!

Fat Bob’s Smokehouse absolutely nailed it! We ordered the Chicken & Pulled Pork Dinner and the Brisket Shepherd’s Pie with Gumbo, and every bite was incredible.
The chicken was perfectly smoked—juicy with that deep, rich flavor only great BBQ can deliver. The pulled pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender, packed with smoky goodness and just the right amount of seasoning. And then there was the Brisket Shepherd’s Pie—a genius twist on a classic. The brisket was unbelievably tender, layered with creamy mashed potatoes and a flavorful gravy that brought it all together. Pairing it with the gumbo added an extra kick of spice and depth that made the whole meal unforgettable.
