The 1/2 rack Baby Back Ribs are a good size and meaty (not fall off the bone, more pull off the bone). The Carolina BBQ sauce compliments the ribs. The two sides of collard greens & mac/Cheese also good. Good serving size

Great bbq is hard to find but I found some today! I ordered a three meat combo with ribs, sausage and brisket. Sides included baked beans and mac and cheese. Everything was excellent and the meat was tender, juicy and very well seasoned. Will definitely order again!
