First I was unable to select what type of fountain drink and had to message my dasher with options since it wasn't listed on the site's menu.
Then we received our order, the soda was just the soda syrup and undrinkable.
I ordered two poke bowls and a bowl of ramen, the protein portions are very generous, but the flavors were disappointing, also I ordered avocado on both bowls and while one had almost half an avocado, the other only had 1 small slice of avocado, so consistency is not present, the ramen was cold, ingredients were sparse and a very small amount of broth, which was unseasoned broth.
I would also advise that the mochi side is ice cream, as that wasn't clear when it was offered as a side to a meal (making a combo with fountain drink and side).
I will not be ordering from here again, the menu seems clear but the items received differ from expectations. I do wish that clearer descriptions were listed and there were options for the beverages.
