• DoorDash orderI remember when I first had it at the food truck my mind was blown. I don’t even eat steak. I avoided at all cost. I took a sample and bought the largest amount I can get. I had that craving again and all though mine was a bit over cook it was bad. It was still so delicious and the fat and flavor just melts in your mouth. Yucca fries are my favorite too. You guys make them so nicely too especially for how thick it is.
