Ordered 2 Italian™ Subs and a bowl of chili. Everything was great. The Firehouse Chili was so good I ate all first. Only wish it came in a bigger bowl, standard. Delicious!

My order was wrong. Hook sandwich was on white bread....it was ordered on wheat. Turkey sandwich was on wheat...it was ordered on white. The pickles were very small.

Normally we have a great experience with Fire House Subs but I have to say this time that these subs were the worst we've had from there. Hoping it was just a fluke.

We got our sandwiches which where great just didn't get the chips we ordered with each sandwich. The bag was still stapled shut when we got it. So we believe it was a store error
