the Firehouse Meatball® sub was fine, my sin enjoyed it, ki d of hard to mess up that sandwich. the New York New York Steamer® was different story, only asked for mustard to be left off, but they dud not put italian dressing on either, which caused sub to be dry and lacking in flavor. They also put 80% of meat on smaller half of sub, with larger portion of bread almost meatless.

I love Firehouse subs and the Hook Hook & Ladder® is my favorite one! But this sandwich was so soggy and sloppy. I couldn't enjoy because the bread was wet soggy and was yuck tryna eat. All the veggies fell off and left meat hanging with soggy bread 🤮 I'm very disappointed in firehouse subs today

I've never had any complaints about my food.. It's always hot and fresh. The Soups was good for a sick day .
