First time trying Firehouse Sandwich. I found the experience disappointing. The Sandwich was ok but the chili was minimal. I ordered a bowl of chili but only got a cup. The cup was not even 1/2 full. The cost of $9 was to expensive with such pitiful amount of chili. If I could I would demand a reimbursement.

I ordered a hook and ladder sub add bacon. I received a sandwich with no ham no turkey no cheese just bacon with lettuce and onions. The chili is very good but it's a very small serving for how much it costs.

perfect portions, delicious as always. followed my requests with ingredients I didn't want. arrived hot. only complaint was a little over toasted but overall good.

I really dont even like subs but these subs are no ordinary subs. They are phenomenal, the bread in itself is amazing but the meatball and the cheesesteak was like give me more type energy!!!

The Mac and Cheese is not worth it I got maybe a half of a cup and it was $5.45.
