had the Firehouse Meatball® sub. The meatballs were slightly overcooked and a little hard. Sauce and cheese were good. This was my first time eating at firehouse, but there are better sandwich places.

So idk if Katie will ever see this but she's the real MVP. Idk why my order showed no meats and no veggies just leaving me w bread but Katie packed everything on the side for me with a note. She saved my lunch. Also the sandwich was also great. can't go wrong w a Hook & Ladder®

LOVE these sandwiches, but management needs to get the store more help! Orders take wayyyy too long and they're always short-staffed but apologetic. Come on managers, do more!
