• DoorDash orderThe Hook & Ladder® is my go-to sandwich. I've loved it ever since I was 16 years old and working at Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately, this particular store rarely gets it right. My white bread looks as if it was toasted a bit too long, even burnt on one of the edges. I selected to be provided with the pickle spear on the side and that is missing. Thankfully, they followed instructions as to my dietary restrictions so the sandwich is not a lost. Please thoroughly check the order AND staple the bag closed before providing it to the Delivery Driver for SAFE and ACCURATE customer service.
