Always good but I've noticed lately that the sandwiches seem to be getting smaller. More bread and less meat. I'd like to see it balanced a bit more, especially for the price. Overall the sandwich was tasty as usual.

Always good. Hook & Ladder® is always my go to. Always top quality food. Only Minor complaint is they don't always include my side pickle when I order it but it's no big deal. Side note: they have the best pickles! Haha :)

Sandwiches were amazing like always only reason, I'm giving 4 stars is because the app said they were 50% off. But it would not come off. Paid full price, which is fine because they are still delicious.

They can never follow simple directions such AS NO PICKLE?!? But then slap on a sticker that reads " this order was double-checked for deliciousness and accuracy." I get it's just a pickle but it makes the entire sandwich taste like pickles and im not a fan of them. This has happened multiple times now!
