The ham and cheese was good and the steak and cheese was delicious! Best sub I've gotten from anywhere in quite a while.

Food arrived quickly and it was still warm. The Italian™ was very flavorful and the bread was perfectly toasted. Chicken dumpling soup was creamy and had plenty of dumplings. Firehouse Meatball® was perfectly saucy with good seasoning. Loved it.

I ordered a tuna sub and it had almost no tuna salad on it. I didn't eat it and tried to contact the restaurant but no one answered the phone and there was no answering system set up. It was nothing but lettuce and onions.

Got a large Italian™ sub. The sub is dry, no pickle, my cheese was melted off if that is cheese, and there is very little meat other than the sweet ham. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it's not worth $17. Bread is not toasted either? Usually Italian subs are toasted.

Disappointing, especially for the price. I expected the bun to be full with larger meatballs and more sauce, more flavor. I definitely like Wendy's chili better, with better ratio of beans to meat and more flavor. Plus there are no crackers & hot sauce for the chili.
