have ordered the same sub two times before and its been absolutely amazing(I swear by this sub every time). very fresh and delicious. would recommend for sure. the Firehouse Hero® is worth every penny. not as good as Jimmy johns lol. but definitely a close second over all other sub shops

I ordered double meat and did not get it. either the portions were off or it was set up weird and the employee didn't see it. ive gotten this exact sandwich before.

chips and cookie not in the order and the sub barely had anything on its it was pretty all just bread, there was hardly and meat and one half tomato slice for the whole thing and the sandwich wasn't even cut! the drink was filled to the top with ice so there were like 5 sips of soda and it was gone. I get firehouse all the time and have never had such a horrible experience!

I was very disappointed today with my order, usually I have no problem with Firehouse Subs
The subs were very skimpy on meat. It seems like they used half the meat they usually do.
