Order was mostly correct- as in we got Hook & Ladder® sandwiches, but they were absolutely tiny (measured them and they weren't even close to 7"- the minimum size of a medium). It was more like a 6" subway sandwich, and the Medium is usually at least 2/3 the size of the to-go container or so. Just saying we would have ordered more if we thought they'd be that tiny.
The Dessert Bundle 3 was not what we ordered and it would've been nice if they had at least told us at some point that they were giving us something different/not what we ordered- even if it was just at pickup.
2 stars bc order was still mostly correct and ready when we picked up.. although no one verified the order (or that it was even ours) and we were met with blank stares when we said "thank you, y'all have a great night." Idk if it was just an off-crew or what, but this location definitely does not live up to expectations. The only up side was that the sandwiches were BOGO (which made the DoorDash price roughly the same as what I would've paid in the app for both sandwiches without the coupon).

Philly was all bread skimped on all toppings except mayo - shrinkflation has taken over at Firehouse. Mac and cheese was missing from order and requested pickles no where to be found.

Too much mayo and ranch sauce on the Turkey Bacon Ranch. Sandwhich was soggy, even after wiping off most of it.
