Both of the steak and cheese subs were awful. The meat was dry and hard, not to mention scarce. The toppings were basically non existent as well. Do better Firehouse!!

I guess during their rush they forgot to put cheese on the Cheesesteak sandwiches. We forgo the mayo because the cheese adds enough moisture so the sandwich isn't dry. It was very dry and besides, a cheesesteak isn't a cheesesteak without cheese.

we got 3 Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ sandwiches. the meat was so fatty and disgusting, they were literally inedible. every time we'd tKe a bite , it would end up spit out. so disappointed,
& waste of money.
