Did not have the vegetables ordered on it correct, barely any meat and was drowning in Italian dressing so everything was soggy.

It was okay, for the first time having them. The Firehouse Steak & Cheese® Combo seemed like the steak was roast beef. Not many drink options. Cant say I'll order them again.

First time trying this place. Ordered the Hook and Ladder and it was decent. I also ordered two cookies, which I did not receive. There was no call saying that they were out (had that been the case) or anything. I only got the sandwich. Will be seeking a refund.

Twice I've ordered from here and they always forget something. I don't think they even check the orders before they go out.

It was super delicious. It's so creamy. It was creamy if you don't know sandwiches not cleaning sandwiches aren't supposed to be.
