Italian™ sub was absolutely delicious. I added bacon and it was on point they even made sure to have my side of pickle like I asked!

New York Steamer® barely had any meat. ordered with banana peppers and it was covered in more peppers than anything. didn't give my extra cheese. just bad service.

I ordered two sandwiches with gluten free bread. Apparently this store was out of gluten-free bread, but instead of calling or canceling the order, they served the tuna straight onto the paper with shredded lettuce and cheese. No bread whatsoever. This is not a solution for missing ingredients. We made the choice to eat out tonight instead of getting groceries, so I do not have gluten free bread at home I can use. This made my order basically impossible to eat and less than half the food portion it would have been. I complained to DoorDash and got a $5 credit, but I want a full refund for these items. Or at the very least, a voucher for a free sandwich. I usually love firehouse so this is super disappointing.
