Our order didn't contain the 2 pickles that were ordered with the 2 sandwiches. The staff should double-check the order to ensure all items are in the bag. I see a review on here for the exact same issue. Someone isn't doing their job.

The food was cold when it was delivered. Firehouse got my order wrong. I ordered regular sourcream and onion chips, but they gave me baked. The quality was definitely not worth the price.

Hook & Ladder Salad looked terrible I didn't even try it. Old lettuce brown and soggy. They also gave me a core. I am very disappointed.
