First time ever ordering from here and the subs were FANTASTIC. I got the Firehouse Meatball® and my Aunt got the Ham & Cheese sub and both were probably the best subs we've ever had. Will absolutely be ordering again.

When we first started ordering food, the subs were amazing. It seems like the more we order the worse it gets. There were literally 2 pickle chunks on a large sub and no cucumber. The quality has completely gone down hill. The ingredients just keep getting slimmer and skimpier. Saddens me. I really liked the food.

Pastrami was great. Good flavor and very tender.
Mac & Cheese was just plain terrible. Tasted spoiled with no hint of cheese flavor.
Special cherry limeade is insanely sweet. Take what you will from that info.
The oatmeal raisin cookies were good. Chewy with a bit crunch.

My meatball sub was burnt. The bread was literally charred and black with pieces of it breaking off just by touching it. It isn't edible but of course they were closed by the time it was delivered or at least nobody would answer the phone.

The food was fresh, hot and delicious. It was our first time ordering from Firehouse Subs and we will be ordering again. The meatball sub was great and my husband liked the Italian™ and the Firehouse Chili.
