Hook & Ladder® was definitely heavier on the lettuce than the image implies. That could just be because there was so much sauce that the lettuce was sliding out, but either way, it was delicious if a little messy.

I ordered the Pepperoni Meatball Sub. It was delicious! However, I did order it with banana peppers and a side pickle and did not receive either. I still give a 4 star due to excellent flavor and the understanding of lunchtime chaos! Will order again!

My Firehouse Meatball® was great. Only reason for the 4 and not 5 star is because I got the wrong chips. Sub was fantastic.
