I love the sandwiches usually, this time the meat was extremely uneven however, one side over packed & the other side had very little. It was very stuck together too from the cheese so fixing it became a messy problem. Not normally an issue though.

This is the first time I have ever had Firehouse Subs, and it will be the last time. My sandwich had more lettuce and bread than it did Tuna Salad. For what I payed for the sub, Iwould have expected more and better.

New York steamer didnt have deli mustard or Italian dressing and therefore did not taste like the sandwich I eat regularly. Sent baked lays potato chips instead of normal lays so they just got thrown away which was a waste. I order from here regularly and havent had a poor experience like this which sucks for paying so much and having to reorder just to get what I originally ordered.

Get the bowl of loaded potato soup, you wont regret it. The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ is delicious every single time. And the Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ was a great cold sub. Kind of messy but worth the mess every single time. And of course Chips always go with a sandwich!

Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ and Hook & Ladder® were pretty good. Tuna Salad was good. Soups were a little cold, microwave fixed that.Garlic Bread was wheat instead of white. Cookie were good
