Pretty disappointed with my visit to Firehouse Subs. The lettuce was soggy and just plain gross — like it had been sitting in a tub of water all day. On top of that, the meat tasted off, like it had been reheated one too many times. Not what I expect from a place that usually does it right. Definitely not worth the price this time around.

The BOGO medium sub was a good DoorDash deal, though the medium size is much smaller than it used to be. The loaded potato soup tasted great. They did forget our brownie, though.

The sub was good the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the stuffing was very mushy. I was expecting it to be fluffy like the commercial shows. I even like the cranberry sauce and I'm not usually a cranberry sauce fan.

Firehouse Meatball® It was not good. Wow. I've always liked your subs. I've been getting this or the Turkey Bacon Ranch for years... though the last 4-5 visits, seems something has changed. Flavor, texture, etc. Please go back! It was so good! You're brownies... still awesome!
