• DoorDash orderRecommended for pick-up. The food is really good. When ordered for pick-up, it's always ready within 20 minutes. When ordered for delivery, it always takes 90 minutes or more, so the food is cold and soggy. Probably not Firehouse's fault, but something to keep in mind.

• DoorDash orderThis store is busy. The employees do their best but they are humans too. All in all the food quality is good. Just be patient and triple-check your order.

• DoorDash order Adding onions to a sandwich that does not come with onions and WERE NOT REQUESTED should not be a thing that happens more than once. Last time I checked, a BLT was bacon, lettuce, tomato. Onions do not come into play there.
