The food tasted excellent, but something somewhere got messed up and I got a small sandwich instead of the large... it was absolutely unacceptable... I'm not going to fault anyone in particular, because for all I know I fat fingered something on DD app... but $16 for the small sandwich, a 16.9 oz bottle of Dr Pepper and a small snack bag size of sun chips? What the actual F?! I'm especially upset about it. But like I said, the sandwich tasted excellent for the little I got, and I don't know who's at fault where, but I'm not too happy...

3/1/24 Ck 1000071 the bag was not tamper-proofed. I didn't get my side pickle. For the first time ever, the tuna was skimpy no onions, very disappointing. The chips were great. This not normal for Firehouse Subs.

Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ was excellent made just the way I ask. The Hook & Ladder Salad was really good also. I had the pepper ranch salad dressing which I enjoyed.

For some reason 3 of my DoorDash orders have been missing an item this week. Needless to say at the prices I am paying I expect my orders to include all my items and cooked per my instructions i. e. well done. My order from Firehouse was missing my side pickle.
