First Watch in Brookfield is always my favorite go to place for food that tastes fresh and delicious. This one was delivered but going in-person is just as much fun! The friendly service and welcoming atmosphere makes for a joyful experience!

I paid $68 for 2 breakfasts and the food was cold and under/over cooked. The eggs were less than sunny side up (very raw and runny) on the market hash, the potatoes were hard and the zucchini was tiny and hard. The french toast was cold, hard and dry. The ham was very dry. The food came right out of the red bag but was still barely warm. This was our first time ordering from here and we are very disappointed.

I ordered the Brooklyn Breakfast Sandwich. Description stated it came on an everything seasoned brioche bun. The bun was a normal plain bun. Said classic shaved Pastrami, but it was chopped up and cooked. Not at all what I was expecting from the description.

I used to love their food but the quality has dropped significantly. The food is often cold, the portions are smaller, and preparation looks like it was just thrown into the to-go box. I only recommend them for their juice bar and biscuits and gravy. The breakfast tacos are ok.

French Toast and seasoned potatoes. This wasn't "wow." I think they should switch bread. I'm a bread snob. The bread was more porous in texture and it didn't strike me as "moist." I suggest they re-work the mixed berry topping. It tasted like straight honey, which I don't like. The potatoes were tasty but no crispy parts on the outside, which I think make pan fried potatoes the best.
