Everything arrived still warm. The burgers were cooked just right and the fries were plentiful and salted to perfection

The Regular Fries were hot and actually had the perfect amount of salt *chefs kiss* and the food itself was hot and good too!! Night Shift did a good job.

I ordered my fries ahead of time. When I arrived, it was not ready. There were a few people in the store. Two customers were sitting eating, and the other customer was receiving his milkshake. There were 3 employees behind the counter.
I said hello, where do I pick up my order? The young lady said, at the back counter . Then she asked me if my name was Kelly. I said yes, walked back and nothing. Then she asked her co-worker who was just standing there doing nothing, if he had dropped the fries in the oil. He said no and walked away. The third co-worker walked over and dropped the fries in. None of them apologized or said thank you for your patience.
Although they all looked like college students, this was unacceptable.
