These are the best fish and chips I've ever had. The breading is much like beer batter breading and very crispy. The fish was fresh and breakapart tender. The fries- tender inside & crispy outside with just a trace of salt.

This place is always underwhelming and overpriced. Poorly executed cooks - dry burgers, soggy pulled pork, soggy fries, overcooked skilet Chocolate Chunk Cookie. Like trapped at an airport food but worse. Maybe it's the fact they send their food in containers with no stem vents.

For the price of this food, I was expecting more. This is the last time I eat at the foundry. The steak was overcooked but ok...the Bangin' Shrimp was drowned in sauce and essentially inedible...it came with 4 pieces of asparagus and a few bits of broccoli.

Chicken sand which was overcooked, dry and 75% of patty was inedible. Thankfully I called restaurant to send ranch for fries because no condiments were available to order for either chicken sand or the also dry burger. Fries were decent as i never have high expectations for to go fries.
Usually very impressed and have had the Philly/Frenchdip (don't render exactly what its called), the lobster pasta, burgers, chicken cordon blue and all were great in the past.
