EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA was better than other local places but still a far cry from great. the eggplant slices are inconsistent in quality, flavor, doneness. tomato sauce is good but I have to order extra to have enough. there's plenty of mozzarella. the complimentary bread is awful. if I had to have bread with it, I would heat some frozen garlic bread instead.

ENT Eggplant Parmigiana This was by far the best ENT Eggplant Parmigiana I've ever had,there were pieces that had a slight crisp to the edges! Spaghetti is always great here! Chocolate Mousse is always divine!
