Everything was perfect! The soft scrambled eggs were fluffy & were cooked perfectly. Nothing was overcooked this time! The bacon strips and sausage patties were lightly crisp & delicious. The grits were smooth and delicious with butter added.

I have lived in Houston for 20+ years and I've heard nothing but how amazing Frank is, but I was not driving to the southside to go eat there when I realized that they have a location off Mangum!?? I screamed. I got 2 Pancake Combo and Grits.... Everything was amazing!

staff is friendly they give you good portions of food. and font hurt my pockets eating here in the morning+++++ they don't take forever or leave out any of your order!!

The food I ordered was soooo gpod! The chicken fried steak arrived with a generous portion and soooo crispy! Also very well seasoned! Thr eggs were buttery and fluffy! Will definitely get again!

Everything was great. Waffles were delicious, chicken paired perfectly. Bacon cooked exactly how I wanted. Great place to eat!
