• DoorDash orderUsually they're on top of it but this time the fries and 5 Piece Chicken Tender Combo were very old and hard. Now I'm reluctant to ordering again.

• DoorDash orderPutting the patty melt in such a small box made it a mess and hard to eat. Plus the bag was not packaged well.

• DoorDash orderDid not get the frozen custard. Door dasher told me at delivery that Freddy's did not put it out for her to pick up and she just picks up the order. I believe she is supposed to get it from the cooler but I dont know. I do know that I paid $10 for frozen custard and did not get it.
