• DoorDash orderThis is the only good Friendly's left in the area. They never get my order wrong, and everything is prepared/cooked as advertised. I've had the worst luck at every other Friendly's I've tried in Western Mass, but never an issue in Florence!

• DoorDash orderI dont know who made the icecream that I ordered, but to whoever did: It was absolutely phenomenal and I love you haha but in all seriousness, Friendly's is the best restaurant in the area hands down with the best employees and best service. Thank you so much!

• DoorDash orderC'mon friendlys, $20+ dollars for a Country Chicken Tenders with the up charge of waffle fries and I get less than a cup of fries w/ my order? Not to mention I paid for 2 extra sauces and didnt get the one that was included with the meal. Every was tasty but this shrinkflation is just rude

• DoorDash ordermy shirley temple was forgotten, and got a half empty ton of fries. my girlfriend got a scoop of coleslaw. nuggets taste kinda icky. my girlfriends sandwich was made wrong too!! but the first time i got food from friendlys it was so good. and my icecream looks so good this time so i guess that helps. MY DASHER WAS THE NICEST GUY EVER!!
