I've ordered from here a couple times to really just see if it depends on the days if the delivery of the food will be better. I'm always getting more of the base; the Large Poke Bowl I often ordered always had more rice or veggie than the protein added, and they rarely get it right, rather disproportionate. The Crispy Calamari and the Matcha Milk Tea are really good though, if I ever really wanted something to just snack on they're perfect. Perfectly lightly crisped and tasty and the tea tastes fresh.
TDLR: Poor on presentation and portion balance, and for the price of delivery is a little disappointing, yet their sides and teas are rather tasty to have once in a few blue moons.

Regular poke bowl with tuna, salmon, and a mix of veggies. They are consistently delicious and on time. Depending on how hungry you are, this could be your only meal of the day, OR you could have 1/2 for lunch and then the rest for dinner.

No chopsticks or plastic ware, no soy sauce, Twister Rolls did not have jalapeños and did not taste fresh, Rainbow Roll was warm and did not taste fresh. We have ordered these many times before. Today was a very bad offering and disappointing. Hopefully this was a one off but if it happens again we will find another place. There are too many other solid places to pay for the quality of todays meal.

The food was absolutely terrible and inedible. The rice in Regular Poke Bowl was chalky, all the sauce was pooled up at the bottom, and the fish was clearly not fresh and slightly discolored, which is a serious health concern given it is served raw.
The Thai Tea was watery and bland and the boba ball were stale and hard.
