This Golden Chick is excellent everytime we order. The chicken is significantly better than canes. Fountain drinks are the best in town too. I recently stopped into the store is so nice inside and the place is spotless! I will keep ordering from this store.

Best Tenders so far. Even better than the place that does only chicken strips and fries. The rolls are amazing. Yeasty, doughy and yet done to perfection. If you have cinnamon butter at home, you would think you were at some sort of roadhouse.

Fish and Shrimp Fish and Shrimp Spicy Combo was hot,fresh and delicious. The only downside was the portions were very small.

What we did receive was tasty & fresh! The tenders, mashed potatoes & gravy, and fries were good.
However, we didn't receive 6 rolls that were ordered extra, any sauces or seasoning that were specified, or any cutlery or napkins.
We're just here for one night from out of state, so it is what it is.
Just a little disappointing after ~12+ hours of driving, yknow?

New to Texas and was told I should definitely check this place out, and I did not regret it, amazing chicken and their zing sauce is amazing
