I got a Strawberry Milk Tea with pearl and I ordered it warm cuz it's a bit snowy outside. I've never had warm bubble tea before, and it was absolutely delicious! And with a perfect Original Bubble Waffle to go along with it, I was just delighted. 10/10 will be ordering again

I ordered mango latte and strawberry creme brûlée which are my go to from the new west store but the drinks from this store are extremely watery and there's no flavour what's so ever. Save your money and go to coco instead.

Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea was bland even with 100% sugar, basically no brown sugar syrup, Chocolate Bubble Waffle was dry with zero chocolate filling

two drinks were made as smaller size instead of the large I asked for, and I left with them. it wasn't until I was in the car I checked the order and I turned around and went back to store. cashier took the two drinks from me, apologized and would make the drinks over again. I watched as they cut opened the drinks I returned and filled a new large cup and topped it up.
mistakes happen, and that's ok. and the staff were ready to fix it.
but I don't see it was correct that they should have taken product from outside the store and used it to make a new drink. kinda like if I came to the counter and give them a bottle of juice from the grocery store to make a drink for me. How do you know that the container coming in won't contaminate your workspace/kitchen?
