I love Gordo's it's always a burrito. The cheese is melted by steam, which also keeps the tortilla soft. It's not always the most flavorful, but it's an extremely solid burrito. I generally get the Super Carnitas Burrito, which is best when they cut the meat up a ton.

My chicken burrito was dry and flavorless except for a hint of fish. The guac was weirdly textured, in a synthetic way. Tasted like they used a lot of canned ingredients. Way better options out there. It was cheap, though.
