Great Bagel never disappoints! Great quality, fast service, and a million customizations. Personal favorite is the American Sandwich on a salted bagel with bacon, egg over medium, provolone and pepper jack cheese, cilantro, and lemon oil dressing.

Plain Bagel*, Cinnamon Raisin Bagel*, French Toast Bagel*, Sesame Bagel* were dried out & too hard . Uneatable. They were unwrapped , thrown loosely into a partially ripped brown paper bag . The Healthy Sprout Sandwich was very good. Very generous with its filling, & I had them add turkey & roast beef to it. Which was a delicious & generous combination. Nice & fresh.

There are two of these stores in Lexington. The one on Boston Road is a poor facsimile of the one on Woodland. Since Woodland is temporarily closed, we decided to give Boston Rd a second chance, to our detriment and disappointment. While the quality of the food is noticeably less, today we received a Club with undercooked bread dough which was unable to be eaten. Considering the price, this is unacceptable. We will not be risking this location again in future.

Normally I'd give 4 stars but today I ordered a hash brown and it was hard as a rock and smashed so thin I thought it was a big kettle chip. Thought "hey crunchy will be fine" but when I tried to bite into it I thought it was going to break my teeth out! Definitely not worth almost $4 -same hash brown @ McDonald's for half that. Bagels are AWESOME though. Stick to bagels. X-nay on the hash browns lol
