We love Grimes! Everyone is always so kind, and the food is always delicious. We get the 12 tenders, regular but sometimes half and half with the spicy and a 5 piece of wedges to feed my crowd! I also find it most affordable when feeding my family of 5 chicken compared to others in the area! Thanks Grimes!

The Green Tomatoes were excellent, juicy, and the tomato flavor really stood out. Plus they stayed extra crispy due to being cut in half. The Shrimp Dinner was plentiful. Best wedges in town.

Food was bland and not really well prepared. Potato wedges werent even done, very low quality. Ths could be good for teens or people who prefer quantity over quality. The price is lower compared to other places and you get more food, but I would rather pay more for better food.

I just need to say that I have eaten all over the area... from diners to fine dining. Have had great food all over the country. Grimes's fried chicken is the best of any restaurant I've had and it's not even close. Fact is... if it's not outright better than your Mammaw's it's every bit as good as hers.
Probably the best food I've had on Door Dash period.

Six Strips, Two Sides, and Roll. Strips are huge and seasoned so good. Always love the potato wedges and the potato salad is delicious.
