Gus's always seems to be hit and miss, I have not had a lot of consistency from their food. This fried chicken sandwich was way overcooked. It was dry and tough to chew, seemed either not fresh or overcooked. The piece of Chicken isn't that big either for a 20 sandwich

Coming from Texas, the Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausage was decent but have had better and not a fan of sauce on the meat. The Bowl Smokehouse Chili was solid but the portion was a bit small. Freshness was on point. The standout dish is the Charred Jalapeño Grits...amazing. Would order again just for those!

Outstanding! First timeeating hhere and I loved it! Carolina Style Pulled Pork Sandwich, potatoes salad,deviled Deviled Eggs,and Cast Iron Cornbread all generous portions and the best food I've had in a long time. I can't recommend this place enough....enjoy everyone!!

Terrible food. brisket overcooked, chicken, hard and tough, mashed potatoes are flavorless. Not sure what's wrong with the cream corn, but even canned creamed corn is better than this. sorry but Dickeys is better and they aren't that great. pricier food, bad quality
