Gus's is always delicious! My favorite fried chicken. Spicy, yes but not overly so. They have tenders if you dont prefer spices. Sides deliver as well. Cant beat the plastic souvenir cups. They are great go-cups.

Gus is our FAVORITE fried chicken in New Orleans. Crispy and seasoned so well. Not greasy! We love the Mac and cheese too! And the coleslaw/ and the beans!!! The pie is out of this world! Pecan is amazing and chess pie is 2nd place. We love eating at their restaurant too!

Everything from Gus's is outstanding. Every time. Spice and batter on the juicy chicken is the star. Even their sides knock it out of the park; fries, okra, fried green tomatoes, yes please.

Absolutely 5 stars! As someone visiting from Atlanta, I can confidently say that Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken lives up to its name. The fried chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful, but what truly blew me away were the collard greens and fried green tomatoes. Both were a solid 10/10, bursting with southern charm and deliciousness. I can't wait for my next trip to town just for another taste of this incredible comfort food!

Even though they forgot my ice cream, the food was a 10/10. I got the two piece white plate with Mac n cheese and baked beans. Omg soooooo good and the breast was so juicy! Would definitely recommend!
