The pollo guisado is so tasteful and literally falls off the bone! I loved it; wish there was a little more potatoes and veg though there was a lot of sauce, 2 drumsticks but barely any veggies/potatoes. The arroz gandules was delicious as well.

I'm Latina from Panama and I was skeptical at first because well, this is Seattle, but the pollo guisado y el arroz con gandules reminded me of my mom's cooking. Rice was mushy but tasty(It was a 2AM order so I'm not even mad) and the chicken fell off the bone and was well seasoned. Now this is comfort food. Would definitely try again.

we got the beef Picadillo (Meat Hash ) and the Pollo Guisado (Braised Chicken) both were phenomenal. I was scared at first because of bad reviews but they're insane! The plates were perfect! Cant wait for more.

I hate to rate low because the edible portions of food were DELICIOUS! The bottom of the plaintain "lasagna" was burnt, though. Not crispy, BURNT! The top was so dry and hard, my fork couldn't cut it. It was very disappointing. The flavors of the middle were tasty.

Let me start off my saying , WEPAAAAA!
God I wish I knew the chef to give them un abrazo! For over a decade I have lived in Seattle , and as Proud Boriqua (that's a term of endearment we identify with as Puerto Ricans) I can honestly say I can eat an authentic plate as if I was back home. The arroz con gandules is always my test... very clean full of flavor and makes me feel like I'm back in Abuelas kitchen. No I don't know these people, and they didn't pay me to write this, I simply felt the need to let Seattle know.... la llego lo bueno. Blessings to you guys and keep it up mi gente.
