I received one of the two char burgers I ordered. The chicken club bread was soggy and chicken had too much pepper on it. The sandwich tasted like it was the last one left. I've ordered from here multiple times and never had an experience like this. I was given a watered down drink instead of my chocolate shake. Onion Rings and fries combination I only received two onion rings.

lettuce in the salad is browning and there's so much mayo on the burger it's inedible, plus the cheese isn't even melted. and no ice in my iced tea?? so disappointing.

The burgers and salads are great, unfortunately the majority of the time I order the Santa Barbara Char I always select NO AVOCADOS, but they add them anyway. I cannot eat the burger because I am allergic to avocados so it ends up in the garbage. It's sad & frustrating because the few times they got the order right, it's a very good sandwich. Since it seems to be a hit or miss, I've decided not to order it anymore
