I ordered onion rings/french fries. I got 5 very small onion rings and a bunch of soggy fries. The napkins provided were covered in grease and not useful. The burger tasted good but was also cold. Overall not impressed

I was so bummed especially because I love The Habit, but my order was not so great. I ordered the Grilled Chicken and it was overly grilled and pink inside. I asked for no mayo or cheese and it's like they put extra. My daughter got the Kids Charburger and it was yummy but she had the Fruit Punch and it was basically water with food coloring with no flavor. I did get a Regular Drink of the Hibiscus Drink and it was good. Definitely bummed with my order.

Charburger with Cheese was made exactly according to instructions which is important to me. The 5 pcs Crispy Chicken Bites were delicious especially when paired with the boom sauce, which is a spicy Mayo.

They used to serve an Impossible burger but don't anymore, so I tried the veggie burger and it was slimy and tasteless. I couldn't finish it.
The French Fries were also soggy (which may partly be due to being in the bag for a few minutes while I drove home). I had to heat them in the oven to make them edible.

I enjoyed the Tempura Green Beans but this location failed on their burgers,I am sticking with the Sunnyvale location,I usually love their burgers but after one bite it tasted terrible ,unsure if its all new workers or the quality just has gone down.I will only be go to Sunnyvale location and I hope the quality is as good as I remember.
