The Double Char with Cheese was big and messy, and basically what I want in a burger. Lots of gooey cheese, and they didn't skimp on the onions. The Strawberry Shake was just what my sore throat needed. And who can argue with whipped cream?

The burgers are delicious. The 10 pcs Crispy Chicken Bites , though crispy with good flavored breading, was over cooked and a few pieces had little to no meat (all fried bread). The pieces with a good amount of meat inside were delicious with bbq sauce.

This has been a good restaurant, so it was very disappointing to pay $14 for this "sandwich." Seems they used mismatching end pieces for the roll (menu picture is a whole larger roll.)
Also didn't include french fries that were ordered.
Bacon Char was good as well as the shakes.

The Veggie Burger didn’t have sauce or taste. The French Fries tasted and smelled like old oil. The quality of the food has declined. Won’t order from there in future.

Fries were burned, teriyaki burger was sloppy with teriyaki and missing grilled pineapple, utensils ordered were not supplied, salad was supposed to come with rach but didn't and the dressing they gave was sour, in addition to all that I paid for two ranch cups for my fries and those were also missing
